I haven't received my part yet. Who do I contact?
Because PartsSearch is a technology platform and does not hold or ship inventory, you will need to contact the specific Supplier you purchased the part from. You can find their direct contact details, along with any provided shipping updates, directly on the Purchase Order within your PartsSearch dashboard.
What do I do if I need to return a part or have a dispute?
Returns and warranty claims are handled directly between the Repairer and the Supplier based on the Supplier’s terms. However, PartsSearch makes this easy by providing a communication tool within your dashboard to initiate a return request. This ensures there is a clear, digital record of the conversation for both parties.
I’m having technical issues with the software. How do I get tech support?
If you are experiencing a software bug, an AI parts list error, or need help navigating your dashboard, we are here to help! Please fill out the contact form on this page and select “Technical Support.” To help us resolve the issue faster, please include any relevant Order IDs or screenshots of what you are seeing.
